MOTHER:
- ID and important documents: Means of ID, insurance info, hospital card, and your birth plan (if you have one).
- Underwear, disposible panties and nursing bras
- Slippers, Shower shoes
- Going home outfit
- Toiletries: Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, and hair ties, Chapstick, facewash
- Glasses/Contacts, Contact solution (if you wear)
- Comfortable clothing, PJ Pants & Shirts (open in front)
- Phone. power bank and charger
- Snacks, vacuum flask
- Entertainment
- Wrapper, Towel, breast pad, washcloth
- Medications
- Comfort items
- Maternity pads
CHILD:
- Car seat
- Outfits (Onesies, baby caps, Pants, Socks, mittens)
- Receiving blankets, shawl
- Going home outfit
- Diapers and baby wipes (if not provided)
